कार्यक्रम (karyakram.org) is operated by Narikot Digital Pvt. Ltd. We run the platform; each event is run by its organizer. We collect registration information and payments on behalf of the organizer and share them only with that organizer. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Registration details: name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp, and any answers the organizer asks for.
• Payment facts: amount, method (Khalti or QR/bank), transaction reference, and any receipt you upload. We never see or store card/wallet credentials.
• Attendance: check-in scans per checkpoint (e.g. Day 1, Lunch) during the event.
• Aggregate analytics: page-view and click counts with campaign tags — no IP addresses or personal identifiers.

How it is used

• To issue your QR entry pass, send event emails, and let staff check you in.
• To let the organizer manage seats, verify payments, and follow up about the event.
• To keep the platform secure (rate limiting, fraud/abuse prevention, audit records).

Retention & deletion

One-time login codes expire in minutes. Raw analytics are deleted on a rolling schedule. Registration and attendance data is kept for the organizer's records; organizers may adopt automatic anonymization after their event. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data — contact the organizer or our support below; deletion is honored by anonymizing your personal fields while keeping non-identifying financial records that the law requires.

Open My Tickets (/my) anytime with a one-time email code to see your registrations, your passes, and cancel where the organizer allows it.
